I have been able to achieve my goal to deal with high quality real estate and realize some projects. Moreover I was also able to use my experience as a building developer in the following villas and residences:
In 2001 I built two luxury villas “Amalfi & Sorrento” on a phenomenal sloping location. I built the “Villa Allegra” with just 5 apartments with great love and dedication. The motto for the Parco Contea was “V.I.P Very Important Place” and was built on a large property of 3000m²,

composed of 3 villas with just 3 luxury apartments each, in fantastic park grounds.
The biggest challenge was the Central Park Ascona “Your Place to Be” right in the centre of Ascona (inspired by NY). This fabulous residence is divided into two twin buildings and two single houses. Total of 23 apartments. This unique holiday residence, a feast for the eyes, is located in a Toscana style garden and has no equal.
